I meant to write this some time ago, but grieving got in the way.
It was Friday of a holiday weekend when I talked with vacationing Joe. As he explained the program to me, I could feel the compassion and caring in his voice and in his promise to call me upon his return on Monday, visit on Tuesday, and have someone scheduled for Wednesday. He followed up with that to call. However, during our conversation, we realized that the services of Heroes would not be needed. My husband passed on the Tuesday. Even though I didn't use Heroes, I want to express my thanks to you for being there to help me through a very emotional time. 

Absolute professionals! I had contacted your agency regarding health care services for my uncle.  I live out of state and need someone to care for my uncle. One of the owners, Sean, came to my  uncles house within 2 hours on the dot! He spent over an hour explaining his company's services  to me and my family. Their whole team has such a passion for our community and elderly  population. Although our family is waiting on financial options which will take us a few months  to get, there is no doubt that we will be using this agency! The single best thing I could do for my 94yr grandfather. This experience has enriched his life  and brought happiness to days. The people connected to this company are phenomenal! Fabulous  nursing staff. Attention to detail, warm and friendly and above all kind and compassionate.  Management is in constant contact with you, either by email, text or phone calls. And if needed  in person. Their focus is the patient. And everything the patient needs and/or desires. Worth  every penny. Highly recommend!
